The CIPC has now posted telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of staff dealing with specific issues. No need to call the call centre first, as direct calls can now be made to specific staff!!

The page displays the time frame for the various functions as well as direct telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of staff dealing with the function.
What is the correct procedure to follow?
- Contact the “queries contact person first”
- If not resolved in 3 days; contact the person (manager) in second last column
- If not resolved in 2 days; contact the person (senior manager) in the last column
Please follow the above steps and do not contact the senior manager first as the query must be channelled correctly!
